Vinaigrette Chicken

1/2 pound chicken breast, cut into
serving-size pieces (3-4
ounces)
Dressing: Mix the following:
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons red wine (or balsamic)
vinegar
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed/minced
Italian seasoning, to taste
I freeze these in individual servings, too.
Just take out and microwave, grill, or bake!
I don’t always measure when I “cook,” so feel free
to make the dressing to taste!
