2 large onions, diced
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2-3 Tablespoons ketchup (unsalted)
4 chicken breast fillets (or 4
minute steaks)
2 large potatoes, diced
1 clove garlic, sliced
Sauté onions in olive oil until well browned.
Add ketchup and chicken (or beef). Sauté 3
minutes. Add potatoes and garlic
