1 pound skinless chicken breasts
salt
black pepper
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 whole lemon
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
2 Tablespoons sesame oil
Cut chicken into strips and season with salt and
pepper. Put sesame seeds and chicken into a plastic
bag and shake chicken to coat. Heat both oils
together in large pan. Add chicken, cook until brown
on bottom (2-3 minutes) turn and cook until brown
on other side. Serve garnished with lemon wedge.
