Marinated Chicken Kabobs

3 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3 Tablespoons creamy Dijon mustard
(without salt)
1/4 cup cider vinegar
Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1/2 large lemon
6 Tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste

veggies
Combine all ingredients except chicken and veggies.
Reserve small amount of marinade for basting. Cut
chicken into large cubes or strips. Marinate for
several hours. Skewer chicken and sliced veggies.
Grill, basting often, until chicken is cooked through
and veggies are tender.
