6 cups romaine lettuce, torn
1 cup radishes, sliced
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 drop hot pepper sauce
pinch sugar
salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine the romaine and radishes.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a jar with
tight-fitting lid and shake well. Just before serving,
pour vinaigrette over salad and toss gently.
