2 pounds chicken legs
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 Tablespoons dried parsley
2 teaspoon kosher salt (non-iodized)
Fry chicken in oil in fry pan. Add spices halfway
through cooking.
Variation: Add sliced mushrooms to pan during the
last 5 minutes of cooking.
