Breakfast Sausage

1 pound ground pork — unseasoned
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon salt-free lemon herb
seasoning
Mix all ingredients. Cook a small amount of meat
and taste for seasonings. Make small patties and fry
until well browned on both sides and cooked
through. Remove to plate and allow to cool. Wrap
one or two patties at a time in plastic wrap, and place
all in freezer bag. To serve, unwrap and microwave
until heated through.
