6 large tomatoes
1 teaspoon onion — minced
1/2 cup celery — chopped
3 cloves garlic
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon basil
Peel tomatoes and cut into large chunks. Combine
all ingredients in a heavy pan and cook over slow
heat—about 20 minutes.
