1 lb. of Jumbo shrimp,
1/4 t. poultry seasoning (that was for the chicken, but it works just fine!)
1/8-1/4 t. cayenne (to taste)
1/8 t. white pepper
1/8 t. onion powder
1 T. garlic powder
Dry-rub the Shrimp. Let set for 1 hour. Sauté the shrimp with a little olive oil, then add a splash of white wine, and sauté until they turned pink on each side (don't overcook!)
