Italian Chicken

6 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms
1 medium fresh sliced onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon basil
cup chicken stock from this
cookbook
1 tomato, skinned and
cubed
1 whole head broccoli, cut into
pieces, including stem
1 pound chicken breast, cubed
Sauté mushrooms, onion and garlic in oil. Add
basil, chicken stock, tomato, and broccoli. Simmer
10 minutes. Add chicken breast cut into bite size
pieces. Simmer till done, serve over fettuccini
noodles.
