Honey Mustard Chicken

3 Tablespoons honey
3 Tablespoons salt-free mustard
1 Tablespoon corn oil
1 1/2 teaspoons curry
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 boneless, skinless
chicken breasts
Preheat oven to 400 F. Line baking sheet with foil
and set an oiled rack on top. In bowl, combine
honey, mustard, oil, curry, salt, and pepper. Using a
brush, coat chicken all over with mustard glaze. Set
pieces on rack. Bake until chicken is golden brown
on outside and no longer pink in the center, about 20
minutes. Serves. 4.
