chicken breast halves
without skin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/3 cup chicken broth — homemade
1/3 cup white wine
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
Heat 2 Tablespoons oil over medium-high heat in
skillet. Sprinkle chicken with paprika. Cook chicken
5 minutes on each side. Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil; simmer, covered, 10-15 minutes
until juices run clear. Serve with sauce.
